Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use SpeakAlong.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not misuse the service, engage in unlawful activity, or attempt to disrupt our systems.

Accounts and Authentication

You may create an account using email and password or Google Sign-In. If you choose Google Sign-In, we verify your identity using a Google ID token. We may refuse or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to operate SpeakAlong. Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

Subscriptions and Payments

If paid features are offered, additional terms may apply. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SpeakAlong is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
